These triple chocolate s'more brownies will be hard to stay away from! They are moist, chocolatey and delicious and will be gone before you know it!
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Take 11 graham crackers and make into crumbs. Either place them in a food processor and pulse until crumbs, or place in a large zip lock bag and bang with a rolling pin until crumbs are formed. Place the crumbs into a medium sized bowl and add in the melted butter. Mix to combine well. Place the crumbs into the bottom of the lined pan and with the bottom of a measuring cup, or using your fingers, press the crumbs into the bottom of the pan in an even layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
While the graham cracker crumbs are baking, prepare the brownies. In a large bowl prepare the brownies according to the instructions on a box or use your favorite brownie recipe. Add in the chocolate chips.
Pour half of the brownie mixture on top of the graham cracker crumbs. Break apart the Hershey's chocolate bars into pieces and lay on the top of the brownie mixture. Pour the remaining batter on top and bake according to your box instructions.
Once the brownies are cooked, remove from oven and set aside. Turn your oven onto broil and place 9-12 jumbo marshmallows (depending how many brownies you want) evenly on the top of the brownies (1 marshmallow for each serving). Place in broiler for 1-2 minutes depending on how golden you like yours. Watch them carefully as they can burn quickly! Remove from broiler when done and let cool completely.
Once cooled, cut into equal pieces each with one marshmallow on each and enjoy! They'll be gone before you know it :)
