Slice the pears in half and scoop the seeds out, making a hole for filling.
Sprinkle the pears with the coconut sugar and cinnamon evenly.
Add in the chopped walnuts to where we scooped out the seeds.
Pop it in a 350 degree oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until soft and wilted. Serve as is or with some ice cream or yogurt.
