Add the sugar, water and sliced jalapeno to a small sauce pan. Bring the mixture to a slow boil and swirl the pan around (don't stir). Once the mixture reaches a boil, cook for about 1 minute, then remove from heat, strain out the jalapeno and let cool.
Add all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. You can also use a cocktail shaker as well. Pour over ice and enjoy the spicy goodness!
